Welcome…to
EZaxxess
Working as licensed contractor specializing in heating and
air conditioning for more than sixteen years I often found
difficulty in framing the attic access. Many furnaces are
now installed in the attic requiring framing the new access
in a professional and satisfactory manner. As I am not an
experienced framer, this often became the most difficult
and time-consuming part of the installation.
So I created a standard size frame, designed to meet Los
Angles Code requirements and specifications (30” x
30”).
I call the product EZ Frame
and it is an innovation born of necessity. It is a product
designed to streamline the process of framing the attic
access and comes ready to install and paint, saving both
time and money.
